Beau produit
Très beau bâtonnet, de très grande taille, très beau et sent bon. Je ne l'ai toujours pas dégusté, mais j'ai hâte. Envoie rapide, très bien protégé et toujours un petit cadeau EGM qui fait plaisir. Je recommande.
Premium Quality Dominican Puro
Well how best to summarise my experience. Flavours of nuttiness, leather and cedar notes right from the start. Burn is good, not at all loose draw. Very well made and beautiful structure. Wrapper is slightly veiny but it didn't warp the burn. Floral aromas, sweet at times. Loving the retrohale and the yellowish smoke colour. Is this a Dominican Puro (Oh, yes). Going to let these age a bit in my Humidor. Well done to everyone at EGM that masterfully blended this cigar. This cigar is undervalued for the quality it delivers. Please let me buy another couple of boxes before price increase.
Bad construction
The cigar started off well with good flavor. However, I noticed it was wrapped loosely from the beginning. It has been in the humidor for over three months so I figured it would be ready. It was soft, but the wrapper was dry. After the first quarter of the cigar it started to unravel. The unraveling led to the wrapper burning and distorting the natural flavor. It seems as if it was wrapped tighter, It would’ve been a very good smoke. unfortunately by the third quarter I had to put it down because it had unwrapped all the way to the binder.
Nice blend but bad construction
I gifted this to a friend. The cigar almost exploded by the second third. The cigar was kept in a professional humidor at a cigar lounge. Unfortunate as the cigar looked amazing and the blend was really good according to my friend. Maybe a unlucky in this cigar, but EGM should probably compensate customers who had a bad experience or send them a new cigar to see if the cigars that were sent were one off.
