Haven't received yet after more than a month

So i wish i i could give a good review but my issue is only with the delivery time to Portugal. More than a month later my cigars are still in customs and there is no delivery date available even after all taxes paid as soon as i got the notice. So i really don't want to wait 2 or more months to get the product again. But it may take longer than that i haven't received yet.
