Excellent Service and cigars

Received my order and super pleased with the service. I received my delivery of cigars in a timely matter, handled and packaged excellent, and no issues/defects with the cigars.. EGM’s customers service always provides prompt responses and assisted with any issues.

Shipping was all one could ask for. The cigars arrived in a timely fashion. Approx 10 days from my order date. I asked if I could switch the carrier and EGM did it with no issues and even credited the difference to my customer account for future use. This as well as a 25 box of Partagas shorts were part of my 1st order. I’ve been browsing their site for sometime and will be using them for all future purchases. Thank you EGM for the excellent service and product. Also they thoughtfully included some nice gifts!!! �
