What does EGM Cigars stand for and what do you do?
EGM Cigars is the leading online destination for premium cigars and accessories. We are based in Miami, Florida. Our warehouse is stocked with all of the products you see online and everything is ready to be shipped internationally. We stand for competitive prices and excellent customer service, and we hope this website helps facilitate some memorable smoky events in your lives.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase. Depending on where in the world you are located—and the shipping service you select—it can take up to 3–4 weeks or as little as 2–3 days! All our parcels are traceable online and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your goods are on their way.
What does the term ring gauge mean and how is it measured?
The Ring Gauge is the diameter of a cigar—its thickness. It is always measured in 64ths of an inch, meaning that a cigar with a 64 ring gauge will have a diameter of one inch.
How can I be assured of the quality of the cigars when they arrive?
All our cigars are inspected by a Cigar Specialist prior to dispatch.
If you ordered full boxes, these will be lined with bubble wrap around the foot and head of the cigars to avoid any damage while traveling. We will also include, when it fits, a Boveda pouch—with our compliments—to ensure your cigars can withstand their travels whilst maintaining the ideal relative humidity.
If you ordered single cigars, they will be packed inside a travel-proof Humi-Pouch. If you ordered packs, this is on request. You can rest assured the cigars won’t be damaged by the time they reach you.
How can I make sure my cigars are being stored correctly and keep them at their prime?
Your cigars are shipped in ideal condition from our climate-controlled facility and are ready to be enjoyed upon arrival. To keep them in perfect shape, store them in an airtight humidor with reliable humidity control, in a cool place.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept international Visa & Mastercard card payments as well as Bitcoin. You can also choose to pay via Bank Transfer, upon request.
Which currency do you use for transactions?
Transactions for this store are processed in US Dollars (USD) and then debited at the exchange rate decided by your bank. It is also possible to view prices in your local currency before checking out.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We collaborate with industry-leading experts in online payment solutions. We never retain or disclose your credit card details to any external entity. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the country of destination and the shipping services available to your specific country. We are currently offering Free Postal Delivery to most countries where possible. Courier delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
I have purchased some cigars from you, but the seals are broken on the boxes. Is this normal?
This is absolutely normal as we would never ship sealed boxes. We inspect every single box of cigars when it comes into our warehouse and again before we ship it out, to ensure that the cigars you receive meet our strict quality standards.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If you are not happy with your order please contact us at info@egmcigars.com explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will do everything in our power to replace or return your products until you are fully satisfied with our service.
